We hope this letter finds you enjoying a wonderful summer. This is a very exciting time for us as we are getting ready for this year’s marching band show.
The primary purpose of this letter is to inform you about the camps that are coming up in the month of July. Please place this information on your calendars at home to avoid conflicts with rehearsals and performances. All rehearsals will take place at the Coffee High School Band Room.
The CHS Band Camps are designed to prepare the Band, Percussion, and Color Guard for fall athletic and competitive field shows. Our camps are also designed to train students in the skills of musical and visual performance, including outdoor Drum Corps-style precision marching.
Please understand that THESE CAMPS ARE MANDATORY for all students who wish to participate in fall performances. Students are expected to attend every day. If you have a conflict that requires special consideration, please contact Mr. Myers via email at email@example.com or call the band room at (912) 389-6584. There is no charge for band camp. Water and other refreshments will be available for purchase at each rehearsal for $1.00 per bottle. Students may bring small insulated containers for individual use as desired but they must be on a strap.
Meals on each trip will be the responsibility of the students and funds will be checked before departure each event.

Bibbers (owned by student, includes hemming, should be a one time expense) - $50.00
